Thank you for visiting the Mercer Island Yoga Community website. There are several yoga classes and teachers conveniently located here on Mercer Island, Washington.*

Yoga means to yoke, unite, connect or join. The practice of yoga asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and dhyana (meditation) have many physical and mental benefits for yoga participants. We hope that this site will help connect you and others to places on Mercer Island to practice yoga.  May your quest to have mental, physical, and spiritual balance be joyous and abundant.

Providing an inclusive and supportive environment to promote Yoga in the Mercer Island Community through education and outreach. 

*Mercer Island Yoga classes are easily accessible via I-90 from Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah & the greater Eastside.
