Hula Yoga |
Special adult size Hula Hoops
are great for making the core stronger, as well as giving a
real boost in spirits even after a few minutes of hooping.
They are a great way to loosen all the joints and get a
great cardio warm up for yoga. Hooping is an also excellent
way to build upper body strength without adding strain to
the shoulders, elbows or wrists. The hoops are a terrific
gateway to asana (yoga poses) and pranayama (breathing).
Once warm, the asana can be approachable and sustained.
Yoga during a hoop session is really a rich combination.
